ALT+F doesn't works the demo ? v 0.0.0.5 I think ... when I should press it ? in the car? in the menu ? ... and what about Antialiasing ? I cant turn it on ... PII 233 64Mb CL Voodoo2 8Mb Win95 (and a new TM Wheel :D ) Ayrton McKafre
Alt+F = frameratecounter. This feature is not on the demo, but will be in the full version. AFAIK, AA can only be toggled on/off if you got a Rendition-based 3d-card. After reading the post this morning about finding a box at EB, I checked out my semi-local store (it was only 30 miles out of the way) this morning. Their computer shows 9/30 release. That date seems to be the consensus these days. Anybody know anything (preferably closer, rather than farther away)? Waiting impatiently, Kurt

I've seen quite a few references to it starting to appear in stores. From here and other places on the net. So it probably is out. >After reading the post this morning about finding a box at EB, I checked out my

I wouldn't be so sure. I've seen *at least* ten different people on the net say that the game is out. I mean, it went gold over a week or two ago.....right? It's pretty common for games to come out a week or two after going gold.

I live in Ohio, and I have a friend that lives in Massachusetts. Their have been SEVERAL times that he has seen a certain game in his EB, yet it wouldn't show up at my local EB up to a week later! So other then the argument that "your particualr EB doesn't have it".....what other proof do you have? >On Thu, 17 Sep 1998 18:14:56 -0400, >>I wouldn't be so sure. Adam, I think rrevved meant that EB stores (in general) will get software first, not that "his" EB-store get stuff before "your" EB-store. Relax, GPL isn't out yet. [snip] -- Marc J. Nelson The Sim Project - http://www.simproject.com * No animals were harmed in the making of this e-mail *

No....this was his reasoning. Since *his* EB didn't have it yet, it means that the game is definately not out yet. I then proceeded to explain that just because one EB doesn't have, doesn't mean that another one will. Am I wrong? I could give less of a ***if that POS game comes out today, tomorrow or next year. Again...refer to the "Am I wrong" question above. Thanks.
