Wonder if Nascar99 will run on a machine with 128 megs of Ram. Anyone heard anything? Jim
Well, I'm running a machine with that much memory and N2 works fine... -- ========================================================= John Simmons - Redneck Techno-Biker (Zerex12) http://www.members.home.net/jms1/index.html John Simmons - Barbarian Diecast Collector http://members.home.net/jsimm/diecast_index.html If you want to send me email, go to either of the URL's shown above & click "Send Me Mail" in the contents frame. =========================================================

Why wouldn't it? 128 megs of RAM is more than enough for most games today.

Nope... you need at least a gig of ram... unfortunately, not a lot of MB's support that much.. > Wonder if Nascar99 will run on a machine with 128 megs of Ram. > Anyone heard anything? > Jim
A gig? Please tell me you are joking :/ Gary Saucier

NOW THAT IS FUNNY :) Of course, the lack of the Pentium III 630 processer will hurt too.

I gotta admit, i dont know if that will make the cutoff for the specs. I was running it smoothly on a p166 with 32meg ram and a rendition card. I dont know how your going to cope!

There is no reason to suspect that the hardware requirements for N1999 would be much more that the basic hardware requirements of N2. It's just an addon even though it might be marketed as a separate product, my guess is it will be sold just the same way that the GNEP was. -- David Martin Director of IVL http://ivl.card.unc.edu Producer of RaceSet http://ivl.card.unc.edu/RACESET/RACESET.HTM
