Richmond Pit Problem

I have a problem when racing at richmond (night or day) under yellow flag pitting. When a yellow comes out and AI's should pit, some do and some don't. It's about 1/2 each way that do/don't pit. It's quite obvious when the yellow comes out within 5-7 laps of when they should pit, towards the end of a green flag run. The one's that don't pit, enter pit road, and then zoom out right avoiding the pit entry, and back onto track at the pit wall. Then, when the green flag waves again, they dart into the pits on either the 1st or 2nd green flag lap, thereby being 1-2 laps down to the field. What gives? Anyone experienced this problem before? I've tried changing (lessening) the number of cars, but that doesn't work. Also, I've made sure that in the PIT # line, that the car number matches with the CARS line #. It's wierd, and makes for a very non-competitive race. I guess something got messed up in one of the lp files? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
