Soooon we all will be able to battle eachother
in the "greatest game of all time".
And let me tell you, there will bee need for a place
where we can hang out and meet up for online races...
(We will need ALOT of practise before we can enjoy
the upcomming racing leauges ;)
From what ive seen in the simracing community,
it hopefully wont take long before we have such a site.
Anyway just an Idea!

I've thought about this also...i was thinking that we should start a #GPL
channel on an Undernet IRC server for racers to find each other.
Problem is, how many people actually know how to use IRC? (Although it's
really easy).

IRC newbie even after a year or more. Someone just pointed me at mIRC,
told me what server numbers to punch in and voila, no problems. If I can
do it anyone can :-)
The chatroom has various peaks and troughs of use, coinciding with
Euro/East coast/West coast evenings usually, but GPL should be a little
more popular than the rather propellor-headed delights of Flanker, so I
think this idea could work very well.
ICQ can be used to similar ends, but it's not the same at all.
