Ok, example: Your tires last 30 laps in a full race. If you select a
50 % race, with relative usage on, your tires will last 15 laps.
Same goes for fuel.
Realistic: The computer drivers behave as in real life (1996)
Random: They behave at random (different each time)
Indentical: All drivers behave the same.
