F1RS Question

Today I was racing in Estoril and in the first corner I got into Damon Hill and we both got cut in half and caused a major pile-up. Because of the severity of the accident I thought there would be a restart, but the red-flag didn't come out. The manuel says that there are red flags, you would think an accident like that would bring it out. Any help would be a great help.

Have you yet come across a sim that even sports a "blue" flag? CPR does as a matter of fact fave blue flags. But it's not very realistic because even if you are going one mph slower than the car behind it comes out.
