Nascar 2003 tweaks

Can anyone give me some insight as to where to go to find some tweaks for this sim, just got back into racing after about a two year layoff, I think I forgot everything I knew with Nascar 2002. Thanks

V8 Thunder (UK Based) have series for the compete novices with no online expeience whatsoever to seasoned "pros". We even run the occasional demolition derby!
