(btw - that file was posted at the end of June). So
much for that "official word" we had here from Micropose a month or two
back..
I guess those are "public" files as all you have to do is go to their
"Edgar" search engine, and type in a company name.. Now I can find out what
any business is up to :o)
Any other *** companies giving us the "denial routine"? Check them out!!

I read the article the link is going to and the only thing the article is,
is a notification of a "re-org". A "re-org" is a REORGanization of a
company. Such as a company name change, stock offer, stock split, or a take
over from another company. I know, this is what I do for a living. I work in
the securities industry. In this case it is a simple name change. From
MICROPROSE INC to MICROPROSE INC/DE. Sorry folks, I guess we still have to
wait. ;-)

In order to get people to buy your stocks, you need to tell them what
they'll buy.
And what's more important, the company's plans for the future.
Investors wont buy stocks in a company that says; eh, well, we, eh, had
this, eh, great sim, but I dont know if we are, eh, actually going to do
anymore, eh, at all, ehh, nope, no more developement, but buy our stocks,
indeed, oh by the way, we are making a split...

Jim Dunphy wasn't right on track...
The background to the article is immaterial - the one salient fact
which interests the group is the documented evidence of a link between
GP3 development and Microprose.
Beyond that the article may just as well be telling us that MPS are
planning a moon shot.
Cheers!

I saw it as well, it is in the September issue No.60, It's got Tomb
Raider 3 on the front.
Inside it says coming next month "World exclusive reviews of GP Legends,
Colin McRae Rally and Superbike World Champ."
Also "GRAND PRIX 3! All being well we'll be the first magazine in the
world to take a look at Geoff Crammond's next sure-fire masterpiece."
It is supposed to be out on 29th August, the magazine, not GP3 that is
