Some cards, such as S3's (outdated) VIRGE, Trident, and Cirrus Logics simply will not run SODA in fullscreen mode. Are your video cards drivers DirectX compatible? If not, get the latest drivers from the maufacturers web site. Chris PS- shorten the word wrap length on your newsreader. I, for one, simply hate scrolling horizontally to read posts. Remember, the majority of the Usenet community still runs their monitors at 640x480! "I died for you... > I am running a pentium 133, 16 megs ram, win 95, and a voodooII card. I think with a 133Mhz you'll definately need a Rendition vid card. SODA is not optimized for any other chipset. regards, Harald
Try changing your display setings to 640x480, the same thing happened to me. I just bought SODA Off Road Racing today, and i can not get it to run in fullscreen. When i click on the fullscreen icon, I will see the startup movie, then my computer screen will go blank, as if it is loading, then it will just bring me back to my desktop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I am running a pentium 133, 16 megs ram, win 95, and a voodooII card.
Hmmm ... Outlook Express does the wrapping for me ... no horizontal scrolling ... Hena
