To fix it, I made a shortcut that runs it in MS-DOS mode, with a configuration that doesn't load the mouse driver (since the program never needs a mouse). Tim
Are you using ICR2 or CR? I had the same problem in ICR2, I fixed with the patch that is available. Nick > when i calibrate a wheel everything changes to mouse and wont change. > cant find the answer to the prob. anyone got a fix?
I found the patches for CR but they wont work for some reason in DOS install but I finally got my wheel to load in windows and it works there. (for now)

I had the same problem with CART. I couldn't get the wheel calibrated under windows. At the dos prompt type "mouse off". This unloads the mouse driver and allows you to set up the controls in the game. You only have to do this once. Hope this helps it worked for me.

That should have read that I couldn't get the wheel calibrated under DOS.

Are you using the DOS version? I had the same problem and this is what I did: I remarked out the mouse driver entries in the startup files on my clean DOS boot disk and rebooted the computer with it. This effectively disabled the mouse. I was then able to set my controls with no problem. --- Bob Chmilnitzky, a.k.a. Jet Jaguar I have a spam blocking address. Replying to me is like pulling teeth.
