It is probably too big a file to send at 13mb. However you can download
a great program calld "filehound" which lets you stop downloads and
resume them whenever you want. I've been downloading a 17mb file for the
last 3 days. It's a great program.
I'm not sure of the URL for it but I'm sure you'll find it if you
search, say on AltaVista or something.

Windows 95 and 98 do the same thing if you don't close the download window.
I think. Works for me. But then, a lot of other things don't work. Could be broken.
