I haven't seen anything in the newsgroup about this sim. The premise looks very interesting and the few reviews I've read run the gamut. Any observations?

It isn't anything to write home about. You might want to check out my review at http://gamepad.org Ken > I haven't seen anything in the newsgroup about this sim. The premise looks > very interesting and the few reviews I've read run the gamut. > Any observations?

If it's anything like their TV coverage you'll be thrown straight into a World-Cup soccer simulation the minute the winner crosses the finish line, everyone else be damned.

The premise is interesting, true, but the execution isn't very good. The problems I have noticed.... -Very unstable..crashes almost every time I play it. -Less than stellar graphically. -Terrible sound, especially for Midgets and Sprints. They sound like weedeaters. -Very poor driving model, at least in my opinion. -No discernable difference in Midgets, Sprint Cars, or Silver Crown cars, at least as far as handling and power. As you can see, I'm less than impressed. The only reason I still have it around is that it's the only Midget/Sprint game in town, and there is no better racing on earth IMHO. Visit my website and answer the poll on the first page....let's beg Papyrus for a sim with these cars..... Scott Moore http://members.xoom.com/HoosierMS/ ICQ #13433409

ABC Sports Road to Indy is horrible. It's a ripoff. The game sucks and there are no patches.
