I think you have to type "ready" or you can use the "r" key to say you
want to race. Are you doing this?
If you just sit at the message screen and do not type anything the
server assumes you do not want to race. I think you can type "help" or
something similar at the message screen to get a list of the available
commands, (sorry I'm a bit vague but I haven't played Motorhead
on-line for a while?)
Just a thought here......you have installed the *full* version of the
game (multiplayer game with all the features included) and not just
the multiplayer game (which does not have all the other features
installed)? I have the *full* install and all works ok! Not sure
whether you may have problems only using a multiplayer install?
I think if your copy of Motorhead is working ok on your pc, and you
are connecting to the server ok, everything should be ok, it may just
be that you are not typing the correct command to actually enter a
race?

Thanks to everyone who replied to my messages. I found the solution... I un-
and re-installed all my network protocols, adaptors, clients, etc. etc. and
now it works fine! Seems after all it had nothing to do with Motorhead, not
directly that is, because other programs ran fine.
Well, I'm happy now! Thanks again!
