I broke a spring on my Nascar Pro brake pedal. My local supplier failed to reply to my phone enquiry so I emailed Thrustmasters Service dept via their home page. I live in New Zealand so was not expecting them to send free replacement parts as others have told me they do. How pleased i am to report that today I received _two_ replacement springs (2 weeks later) - no charge! Well done Thrustmaster. Greg

I have had nothing but great service from TM.......Had two broken springs, and my bungie got weak on my Nascar Pro Wheel, and all were sent to me immediately........not many manufacturers give that kind of service anymore. Keep up the great service and people keep coming back to you, makes good sense to me. Did they change the spring quality?? None of the new springs have given me any problem at all, and it seems that the bungie may have been changed too... -- Regards, Ed Medlin www.edmedlin.netminds.com Columnist, Software Critics Unlimited www.softwarecritic.com >I broke a spring on my Nascar Pro brake pedal. >My local supplier failed to reply to my phone enquiry so I emailed >Thrustmasters Service dept via their home page. >I live in New Zealand so was not expecting them to send free replacement >parts as others have told me they do. >How pleased i am to report that today I received _two_ replacement springs >(2 weeks later) - no charge! >Well done Thrustmaster. >Greg
