Just a few questions. A friend and I have been racing via modem for about a
year now and this is the first time these bugs have shown up. I have not
heard of anyone else having these problem.
First: When we first get connected. The computer says, "Hello Thad, in the
LTOONLY car." Which is correct. Then is says "Hello Jeff, in the 11 car."
This is wrong because that is my car number. Does not effect the game play
at all. Anybody have a fix for this? Oh, this one I have had since the
first Online race, I have ever done. Just to see if I have got it correct.
On the Multi list on my computer, may car is first his is second. On his
computer, his is first and mine is second. Right or Wrong?
Second: My computer has suddenly decided that it only wants to allow 28
drivers in the field. Drivers are set to 39. This is at every track that I
go to. Anybody want to take a stab at that one?
Third: This may be related to problem number two, and I say that because
they started at the exact same time. If I qualify last place, it places me
in the front row (inside of an AI car). I can not see my results on the
statnding page, because I do not show up.
Fourth: During the race an AI car will appear at the Start Finish line
stopped. Everytime I have seen this, the AI car shows up low on the track.
Does not cause a accident if you drive through the AI. It does cause some
unwanted heart flutering when you race side-by-side out of turn 4 and you
have the low line.
