I have the following system : cyrix 200mmx,(clocked to 233) 32 meg of edo ram, graphixstar 6000 and a Orchid 4meg 3dfx card, my motherboard is a TX pro II withbuilt in sound and garaphics card which i have disabled. F1 sim doesnt seem to run very well, my freind has a system simular and it the built in sound ect, he also uses the monster card. Does f1sim benifit from the floating point ( mathscoprossesor ) and could this be why, should i spend more money on a Intel chip, would a AMD 233 be better than the cyrix ? how would this chip compare ? should i get a sound board and disable the onboard one, would this help ? If any one can give me advice on this please, note: i havnt got loads of money, but whate would be the best cheapest option ? Note any tips on tweaking f1 ? thankyou Vic
