MTM2: importing tracks

2 posts by 2 people · 18 May 1998 - 18 May 1998

Coulda sworn I read somewhere that MTM2 would be able to import the tracks from MTM1. If so, anybody know how this is done? (Apologies if this is in the manual; I've looked but haven't yet found it.)

You just need to copy the game.pod, and truck.pod from the original MTM cd to a drive, then edit the pod.ini to reflect the path and the new number of pods. (not sure why you need the truck pod, since the new trucks are used with the old tracks) I've had AI problems on some tracks though, so it isn't perfect. Andy
