icr2 track limit?

i've heard about a 30 track limit in CART Racing (icr2), can some of guys confirm this? thanks, Kriss

All I do is put the ones I don't plan on using for awhile in a folder named "hold". there is a fix for this at the below url. Eithrt n1 or icr2 utilities page a program called " Nastrack " , it let you schedule the tracks you want to use , moves the one syou don't want to race on at the moment to a unschedules dir in the main dir of your sim. http://sim***world.simplenet.com Dave Reuille Woof Motorsports

Yep, it's true. ICR2 has a 30 track limit. You could add folder to the game and call it "extra tracks" or "tracks 2" to hold your extra tracks.

This works, however what I have done is to install a second copy of ICR2 in a different directory, then split my tracks up with all the road courses under one, and all the ovals under the other. Now I got a capacity of 60 tracks, and can have two different CARS sets, with different skill sets for a given driver, better on road than ovals, etc. I also added the modified car set that gives you a car with better wings too. Screws up the Champ Season selection, but that was no biggie with me anyhow. Robin
