I posted a message about trying to get the BURNOUT DEMO to work
once I get into the program. No one answered me ! Its causing paranoia
on my part !
Nevertheless, I will ask again. After installing the Demo, setting up the
shortcut,
( and making sure that it sets up as MS-Dos mode) I click on the shortcut,
go to the title screen, then I go into what appears to be a "demo" of a race
from with the view from the grandstands. It also shows a ladder but no
Options button. Hitting ANY keys on the keyboard has no effect on the "demo"
race. When I click on SHOP the computer REBOOTS.
I have a HP P166, with 16meg RAM, 2.1 gig HD, 2 meg video card, etc.etc.
I run N2, GP2, SODA, Motoracer, Etc...... FWIW, I also can't get GPL to
work.
Any Help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated !
