My wheel comes loose alot too, try getting some red locktite at wal mart in
the auto section, and put it on the***when you reinstall it. Also, I
haven't tried this, but you might be able to wrap some black tape around the
shaft, to tighten the fit between it and the wheel.
MY THRUSTMASTER NASCAR PRO WHEEL IS LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD
AND THE DAMN WHEEL CAME OFF IN MY HAND! I TIGHTENED THE SNAKE
SNOT OUT OF THE RETAINING SCREW,BUT THIS ONLY HELPS FOR A WHILE.
How the hell do you srive the car? When you loose, do you take a hammer and
pound on it till something goes good? I had my wheel for 4mounths now, and
other then the bungy cord getting a little loose in the middle, I have no
trouble.

Well that sucks and I'd be pissed too. But e-mail Thrustmaster they
are good about backing thier products and it's only 2 months old. What
you could do is drill and tap the hole up to the next size and maybe
do another from the top. Modifying sucks and can lead to other
problems, like make sure you take the wires out of the shaft if you
tap it.
I like my thrustmaster pro wheel, it's the best wheel I've had yet,
including 1 expensvie set that's a s***heap now. But it mine's
getting loose, I guess I could replace the bungee and it's developing
some clicks and pops. Tired of wheels breaking down and wearing out
and I'm about to pull the trigger on a CDS2 from ECCS.
