The 1998 United Shorttrack Alliance is getting ready to kick off its second
season of racing, beginning April 5-12 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Three divisions of racing will make up the series for 1998: N1 Outlaw Late
Models, N2 Late Model Stock Cars, and the N2 Modifieds.
A seven***-race schedule makes up the series, travelling from Kenly, NC at
Southern National Speedway to Ontario Speedway in Ontario, Canada. We'll be
racing nothing larger than the 3/4-mile at Williamsburg, VA, and most races
are 30-40 laps. The longest race is the one 100-lapper at Nashville Speedway
USA in October, the All American 100.
The USA is a little different than most off-line series, as we let you, the
driver, set your own opponent strength, according to the rules.
If you're interested, please stop by and sign up. See you at Bristol!
