How can I get the Diamond Stealth II S220 to work with IndycarII ?

there are a couple of problems getting ICR2 to work with DSII. But

Good luck. So far I've gotten the CARt version to run with the slower
CARTrend command, but not the faster CARtdma(indyfast)[I get ablank
screen even tho I can hear the demo running.] also there is a problem
with the mirrors even if you do get it to run so you have to use a batch
file to start the game, exit, copy a differenet speedy 3d file and then
restart the game...So far I haven't gotten that to work although several
people have.
