(1) a way to edit .CAR files (swap driver and car pictures in and out,
edit stats etc) without having to load N2 itself
(2) a way to view all the driver stats connected with a particular
entry list and edit them on a single screen (like the
spreadsheet-style editing that was possible with N1)
