What does the Direct sound 3D patch do exactly?
Where can I find out which sound card are compatible with this patch. I have
looked in the ubisoft web site and cannot find the list.
I have a Yamaha OPL3-SAx sound card, and I do not know if I should try this
sound patch or not?
Thanks,
Gostal
I've a Diamond Monster Sound 3D card and it is not supported by this patch.
Also, in a post from Ubisoft on their F1RS forum, they have stated that this
patch was done with the Guillemot 3D Sound card in mind.
This same post goes on to say that they are (were ?) currently testing
another fix to make the sound patch applicable to other 3D sound cards.
