I swore I'd never buy SODA until the 3DFX patch was out. Since it now isn't going to happen, and SODA was $15, I broke my promise. I just wanted this title TOO bad to skip over it completely. I'm an off-road fanatic, from motorcycles to trucks, and I love SODA. So much, that I even put my Screamin' 3D back in. I was never crazy about the first generation Rendition cards, and I yanked mine long ago in favor of a faster card. I want SODA in 3D though, it really needs the acceleration. I'm going to be building another computer this month, and I'm really looking forward to some SODA and NASCAR2 network games. How good are the new Rendition 2100 and 2200 cards? Which is the best? I've heard the Stealth II is great, and pretty inexpensive. Will it run SODA faster than the Screamin' 3D? How is the 2D now? VGA really isn't that important anymore, but how do the new Rendition cards compare in 2D to the Mystique and ET6000? Thanks! -- http://www.users.fast.net/~fusion1 (dirt bikes, rat bikes, rental car abuse...)
