No, but you can get an approximate reading. Go into the graphics menu
and set everything except one to ON, leaving one that is easy to see
such as clouds, wall, or track texture set to AUTO and set the Min and
Max to the same number. Go out and run some laps and look at this
texture. If it's always on, raise the Min and Max numbers. If it's
always off, lower the numbers. The Min/Max number that causes the
texture to flicker on and off is your approximate FPS.
