>when i go to make a track, the colors of the original track are still on the >track when like the ashpalt is turned off? how do i change these colors like >sky, grass, and aspalt? Thats not such an easy question to answer, unfortunately, mainly due to the fact that we are not telepathic, and have absolutely no idea what the *** you are talking about. HTH Z.
Don't know a lot about this as well, but I do know that the untextured colors for objects around the tracks are embedded in the 3do files. I've been able to change some, but not all of them. You'll need a hex editor, and some knowledge of hex. For example, in the N2 3do files the colors will be listed as a hex number instead of a palette value. This is, and can be rather confusing and time consuming. I am no expert and even an expert would not be able to teach you how to change the untextured object colors in this forum. May I suggest you take a look at the information provided at: http://sim***world.simplenet.com/ In their track edits page under file information. This will give you some idea of the extent of the problem with changing the untextured object colors. >when i go to make a track, the colors of the original track are still on the >track when like the ashpalt is turned off? how do i change these colors like >sky, grass, and aspalt?
