Last night I recieved an email message from Diamond that their
Diamond Monster 3D accelerator card with a Voodoo2 chip will be
released for sale in early March.
Diamond is claiming that with the new card,3dfx games will run up
to 3 times as fast then they did with the current 3d card. Whats
more, they also have a Megamonster3D setup that will deliver up to 100
frames per second. This setup is just 2 Monster3D cards joined
together.
Looks like not only am I upgrading to a Pll 233 mhz chip, but I'll
be trading in my current Monster 3D for voodoo2 based one.

Joel Willstein

You must surely mean 'a few million others'? Not in the beginning, but
soon enough, I suspect <g>.
