TOCA - Analogue Joystick Probs...

1 post by 1 person · 12 Jan 1998 - 12 Jan 1998

Whilst knowing that using analogue joystick is the best way to play TOCA, my Microsoft Sidewinder (not Pro version) is acting oddly. For some reason, periodically, when I push forward (to accelerate) it doesn't do anything, I have to pull all the way back and then forward again to achieve any motion. Is my joystick sick? Also, what's the best configuration for manual gears and a joystick. I use CTRL and ALT for up and down gears and the joystick for the rest, any better suggestions? Neill
