I have a problem with lag online with NROS with ISP or ten dialup.
Mr. bandwidth reports same speeds and stability on ISP as well as dial
up. In fact my ISP seems to give a better connection.
None of this showed up untill i loaded the latest NROS patch.
Although my graphics dont lag at all, my controls do i hit the brake
and it takes 1.5 seconds b 4 the car responds. also the car occaisionaly
turn left for no reason. I have re-aligned controls, online offline, and
in w-95 with no difference. SYSTEM works perfect offline.
