No you can't but there are two ways to increase your chances of avoiding the
sack. One is to play a short championship so that you can gain access to the
tracks fairly quickly so you can go back and practice them or alternatively
enter the 'access all tracks' cheat and practice them that way.
Enter your name as JHAMMO to access all the tracks and the CMLOCK to lock the
tracks back up again.

Just got TOCA - Can you kill the stupid points system to make a little more
realistic. I'm winning the championship (just!) and getting fired for one
bad result. Is there a "cheat" I havent found other than saving the previous
round and replaying the current one?
