I must have been a really good boy this year coz santa brought me a Digital
Edge steering wheel for Chrimbo <vbg>.
So the question I have is.....
does anyone out there using a wheel with GP2 know what the best/most
realistic setup is for a wheel? With steering help off I've fiddeld about
with the max lock, low sensitivity zones and reduce with speed settings but
the car is either really twitchcy at high speeds or unresponsive at low
speeds.
TIA for any help.
Eric Cot's http://infoweb.magi.com/~ericcote/gp2setup.html should help
you out a fair bit. BTW, how do you find the quality of the wheel and
are the pedals comfortable?

I'm on my way now!
Yes, the wheel is *excellent*. Being able to change gears with the flick of
the paddle on the back of the wheel is the icing on the cake! The pedals
are OK, but I've yet to try a *really* comfortable set. Having said that,
the Digital wheel pedals are a very strong construction being all-metal, but
I have small feet so the large pedals can be a bit of a strain on the old
ankles. The best way to drive, I find, is without any shoes - I can feel
the pedals better that way.
If you're serious about your racing then I would strongly recommend the
Digital Edge wheel.
