Thrustmaster GP1 + CH Pedals

Hello, I got a problem, I can't use the GP1 (the Thrustmaster wheel) together with separate pedals (CH Pedals) in Cart Precision Racing and in F1 Racing Simulation. Situation changes with DOS based games: Screamer Rally is OK, works perfectly, but no way with Microprose GP2. I tried lots of solutions; I downloaded the PRO PANEL and tried all the combinations, did the same in Control Panel, trying also a custom one but, nothing to do. Making a test in Control Panel with a custom configuration (is a race car controller) the calibration seems to be OK; unfortunately there's no way to have it works in games. Any ideas? After patching F1RS with V1.04 or V1.05 it works! Use "User Defined" with 4 axis, works for me. The last time I tried it with CART PR, it didn't work. I connected GP1 on the CH pedals, which is connected to the port one. I HAD to configure a 'T2 without card' joystick (because other configurations don't work) and it's OK in F1RS.
