TEST, is it my server not working??
Philip, posting a test message to discussion ng like r.a.s is considered
bad manners. What's more it is actually a pretty pointless thing to do
since, unless you are looking for it to appear from some other source,
just because *your* server has it doesn't mean that it gets to anywhere
else :(
If you want to post a test message, then *please* post it to somewhere
designed for this purpose. For instance, if you post a message to
alt.test there are a number of machines around the world that will
auto-reply via email to let you know that they have received it and how
long it took to get there.
This goes to all those who post test messages in r.a.s - please use
alt.test (or another ng designed for test messages) instead.
Cheers,
Richard
