Hello ....
I'd like to hear your opinion on this before I go out and upgrade my PC to a
PII-233 MMX ..
Thanks.

I've been playing GP2 since Aug96 and know all the tracks backwards and
i've only got the official English demo of F1RS.
F1RS is definately the best sim to come out since GP2 and has more
impressive graphics than GP2 especially on 3DFX card.
I have P 200 32 ram and SkyWell Magic 3DFX Voodoo and can run demo of
Monza without any slowdowns.
The 3DFX support really enhances this sim and gives it that " i want to
play again feel" also the 30+fps full graphics framerates are really
nice after fiddling with GP2 graphics all the time.
I don't think GP2 has lost it's crown just yet but needs 3D support
desperately.
The game has just hit stores here in Melbourne and to tell you the truth
it's been a while since i've been*** out to go the software store
and buy a game.
I have tried the following demos:
TOCA - Frame rates way too slow....otherwise not too bad
CPR - Impressive***pit, and sound but wasn't in a rush to buy .
Hope this helps you
