Hello,
I've been running on TEN and I wonder why they count wrecks during
practice against your LPI? Practice is the best time to see if you
can drive close to somebody without hitting them given the different
actions these cars take when running over the net with a modem. Just
wondering.

According to Charlie Health and the rest of the NROS-team L.P.I and
incidents are _only_ "collected" during race session... i.e from green flag
to checkerd flag.
