I'am having trouble getting Nascar2 to work on a local network using Windows95 IPX/SPX protocol. I get an error message saying that Nascar2 cannot initialize IPX device. Regards, Mike Mortimer

Make sure the IPX protocol is actually working. Easiest way = is to try and play either Duke 3d or Shadow Warrior. I say these two = games because when you run SETUP, in the Network Game options you can = pick what address you want to use, then start the game so see if the = computers find each other. I had = initially set these as different, but this turned out to be a BAD thing. = See, you ( at least I ) cannot specify which IPX address to use when = launching a N2 LAN game. It takes the default, and looks for others on = this address. I am playing with = mine now, to see what I have to do to get this error. =20 Ok, played with it for a few, and here is what I got. =20 1.
