How come I can't turn on traffic in NFS2? I think I've tried every
combination of menu selections but it will not let me turn it on.
Any help would be appreciated.

Because it's not in there. The producers successfully removed all the
features that made NFS1 a great arcade racing game. The latest bummer is
the missing***pit view in NFS2SE...

Go to opponent menu, choose none or one car as opponent. If you choose full
grid, you can't turn on the traffic. The traffic feature certainly exists
(In NFS2 and NFS2SE), but the cops are not there.
