Edit win95 reg to reduce joystick sensitivity

1 post by 1 person · 20 Nov 1997 - 20 Nov 1997

I've been fooling around with the win95 joystick registery values and its somewhat interesting on what you can change. I have yet to be able to do what I want however. I'm trying to reduce the sensitivity of my joystick for win95 driving games and could use a little help. While it is very easy to increase the sensitivity of one's joystick within the calibration setup, its impossible to decrease a joysticks sensitivity. I'm thinking there is a way to do in in the reg though by enlarging the 'full swing' value for the horizontal axis. Does anyone know how to do this? Or.. Does anyone know of a place that lists all the coorisponding hexidecimal values to their particular joystick function? Thanks
