As far as I know CART only works at three different resolutions 320x200,
320x400, and 640x480. You can run those resolutions as a window (if your
desktop resolution is great than the one you are running it at), full screen
windowed with title bar, or full screen without title bar. Through some
rough impromptu testing you will get the best performance by running the
game in full screen mode without the title bar.
