Did some of you already dreamt of a simulation which would allows us to race in famous races such as 24 hours of Le Mans, 24 hours of Daytona, 12 hours of Sebring, ... It would be that nice to make his clock ring during the night to race during 2 or 3 hours and then, to go back sleeping while his team mate is doing the job during real time race ! I hope that a game company will make such a simulation ! Do someone would like a game like this ? Olivier

Although not exactly what you had in mind, have a look at the MIracing site for the Enduro series... www.miracing.com Cheers! Marc J. Nelson #9 Gulf/JAG Racing

Oliver There is an enduro racing league that runs its races in real time. They just ran a 12 hour race at Detroit. Each team driver did a 2 hour stint at a time. Depending where you live, could very well get you up in the middle of the night to drive. My teammate in the NWSICT 97 Icr2 league lives in Australia and is on an enduro team. His 1st stint started at 2am his time. The league uses ICQ to send your updated race file to the next driver on your team. You better be ready to drive when its your turn or you loose all sorts of time. Regards, Joel willstein
