Imagine trying to pickup 50,000, 100,000 or even 759,000
peices of mail from the post office!? Ok, so your house is
now full of the pyramid responses and you go about opening
each letter to get the dollar. If you average 15 seconds to
pick up a letter, open it, remove the dollar, put the dollar
in a bag/box, and place the empty envelope in a trash basket.
Thats 11,390,625 seconds (aka 3164 hours) So *IF* you worked
at this task eight hours a day seven days a week (no vacations,
weekends, or holidays you understand) It would take you 395
continuous working days.
Gee that sounds fun, oops forgot to factor in the time required
to count and deposit these hypothetical funds and to dispose of
the mountain of empty envelopes.
