Drivers: We do have a treat for you. Now you have another great racing alternative available for you. We have a new product available. Its not a game or a Fantasy Arcade deal, buts the real thing. Its the First Professional Racing Simulator that will be available in 1998. We are in the process of selecting the best beta testors and co-devlopers and we are starting on the various variants that we can adopt the product for. This product is over 10 years old and has already been very successfully used for LATE MODEL, FORMULA 1, and INDYCAR simulations. Now you will be able to work with us on the development of this product for ANY RACING VARIANT!!!!!!!! If you are interested, you can visit the SCREENSHOTS at the IVGA and sign-up to be a co-developer or beta tester. The IVGA has already chosen our track developer for over 100 racing tracks around the world.. [link lost in import] Just follow the signs to the PRS 98 Don Wilshe, IVGA

When it's done and available let use know. I think we are quite tired of waiting for pre-announced software to be completed. Unless you are saying it will be released on 1/1/1998, how can you state it will be the first that will be available in 1998? What's your criteria for determining the "Best" beta testers? Best you can get? Wait, don't answer. I forgot, it's sales pitch double talk. mykey

...and then mykey quipped: Mike, The software *is* available (has been for some time). It's not ready for the open market (as you can see in the screen shots), but after some tweaking, it should be an acceptable (and fun) alternative to what's currently available. I don't see the point of attacking what you have no knowlege of. Don's only asking for people who can give genuine constructive input to how the current software can be made ready for the open market...I guess you're not one of them, eh? ;) Cheers! Marc Marc J. [SNIP] >Unless you are saying it will be released on 1/1/1998, how can you state >it will be the first that will be available in 1998? Evidently, using this software allows one to see the future... From the screenshot portion of the ivga website: "These Screenshots were taken when "DanaLee" was test driving the INDYCAR version on July 25, 1998." So, they must have zipped to the future, and looked back and saw that their product was indeed the first one released in 1998. The only explanation I can think of is the one you offered: sales double-talk. ---Jim Sokoloff
