Notice a few weeks ago the psycic spammers wandered into the newsgroups?
And notice now there are very few of them getting through now? Well I
think I stopped them and I don't know why nobody else does the same
thing the first time they see SPAM.
For those who don't know how to do it, here is how. For those that DO
know how to do this, don't be so lazy and e-mail the offenders provider!
All I do is show "All" headers in my newsreader. Look at the lines-
from, message ID, sender, and path. If the server address is the same
you know that's where they are getting their internet service from. ie.
server, eg. www.server.com and find out how to e-mail them. Copy the
whole offending message and paste it to your message you are sending
them. Here's what I say, and also include the idiots message.
Get rid of this a-hole. He posts this stuff everyday on every newsgroup.
***like this makes the internet suck! We must stop them :) Thanks

You've heard how psychics have predicted the future
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
blah, blah
In the last 2 weeks I e-mailed these spammers provider and got e-mail
back the next day saying they were outa there. 4 spammers seemed to
disappear after I made 1 e-mail to each. Some spammers alter their from
fields, ID, posting host, but the last server in the path line will
always get you to their provider. They can't change that. Also include
their entire message including "All" headers in your message.
So for those who didn't know how to do this, start now and keep at it.
And those who DO know what to do, get off your lazy ass and DO something
about it! It's easy and takes only 5 minutes to do.
