This is intentional. If you enter a closed pit in real Winston Cup,
you're ordered to the back of the longest line upon exiting.
God bless,

I was watching a friend race N2 He had a black for entering a closed pit.
About a lap lator he was told "stay behind the XX car..." and cars started
to pass untill he 3as at the end off the line. He got no stop and go
penalties. Is this a feaure or a left over from scraped ideas??

It's a feature; the penalty for entering closed pits is to go the back
of the longest line. (Since there are only single file restarts in N2,
the longest line is easy to determine... :) )
