Loren, 16 or not, it's not all that hard. Plus, if you do figure it out it will give you that special satisfaction of being a 'semi-hacker'. ha. here's the address once again: [link lost in import] Like I said, not too hard at all, just mess with it and see what you get. Make sure to back up your files first. Raevyn

Could you guys make me a list of which textures (including N2 ones if they apply) do use for each track? I'd greatly appreciate it. Then, I'll give it a shot not so half-assed. :) Loren

I just enhanced Mid-Ohio and Milwaukee this last weekend. Here is what I did. Make a directory in the root called Tracks Under \Tracks, make the following subdirectories ..\lagunahq ..\michhq ..\phoenx.hq ..\porthq ..\elkhq ..\working copy pack.exe and unpack.exe to \tracks\working copy unpack.exe to the reamining subdirectories copy lagunahq.dat to \tracks\lagunahq copy michhq.dat to \tracks\michhq etc copy midohio.dat \tracks\working unpack the dat files cd \tracks\lagunahq unpack lagunahq.dat cd \tracks\michhq unpack michhq.dat . . . cd \tracks\working unpack midohio.dat follow the instructions for the sky texures. If you did it correctly, this will force you to add two files to midohio.pck. Next I searched through the *hq directories for matching filenames that end in .m?? or .p??. Example would be asphalt.m??, grass.m??, crowd1.m??, wall.m?? Copy these over. edit midohio.pck to reflect these changes. pack the dat file pack midohio.pck copy the new midohio.dat to \icr2\tracks\midohio (save the original midohio.dat first) It works!!!!!! -Paul
Or you could just copy pack.exe and unpack.exe to your DOS or WINDOWS\COMMAND directory. RIck
