I have a Intergraph Reactor, Ensoniq Soundscape, Pentium 100, 32EDO, USR Sportster. I have downloaded and setup the Directx 3.0a drivers into the system. Then I went to install the Moto Racer demo and can't open the demo without locking up the system at the startup screen. All I get is the "Black Screen of Death." I tried all the suggestions in the FAQ. Anyone have this problem also? Come up with any solutions? Please help me out. Henry "Jazzed" Hohn #103 All Jazzed Racing Ford

Try running the game with the -windowed switch. This may help you to work out whether or not it's going to work at all. Also try changing the screen resolution in your setup if using full screen (one of the function keys also does it). Your graphics card might be sending out the resolution at a frequency your monitor can't handle resulting in the black screen. Just a couple of suggestions - I'm not an expert on this but I did have similar problems when first using it. The default resolution when you first load the game played Mary-Hell with my monitor. Good luck ..... Pete
