107% rule

Does a add-on for GP2 excist that will eliminate all drivers slower than 107% in qualifying from the race? And if so, where can I find it? I don't mind backmarkers, but I really HATE those damned Pathetics or Pacifics or whatever they're called! Please reply via e-mail. Ed
