Interstate 76 bug??

In scene 12 (or 11 or 13, I can't remember) It starts in the night with the car in "P" gear. I shifted it to "D" gear but the car won't start. I then tried "1" and "2" and even "R", but it just won't move!! Is it just me or is there a bug in the game or are there any special tricks I can get it moving? Regards, Mark

Hey, I'm stuck in scene 7(maybe 8) where you go down the road by yourself and run into a roadblock with three cops with turret guns and a helicopter. I don't want to cheat, but I've tried taking every way I could think of to avoid these cops. What do I have to do?(besides use cheat codes!) Steve
