The patch does fix the problem. Just installed it and it works great.

Has anyone gotten their pedals to work in Nascar2 under Win95 ?The wheel
works just fine but the pedals won't work or calibrate.I have the adapter
hooked up and the switch in the down position it works in Dos just fine but
not in Win 95.Well I can calibrate it in Win 95 but not in the game.Anyone
else have this prob and been able to fix it?Im trying to get ready for the
NRO and I don't think we will be able to run in Dos on Ten.I'm running the
newer ver of Win95.I read somewhere there was a problem with joysticks in
this version.
Thanks,Eric

The patch should fix your problem, according to the Readme, "Win 96 B JOYSTICK
PROBLEMS: Users of Windows 95 B using FAT32 should no longer have trouble
recognizing the joystick or wheel/pedals in the game."

Just installed it and it works great. > -- > Paul > #18 Alpha Omega Motorsports Chevolet truck > #18 Alpha Omega Motorsports Pontiac GrandPrix > Rom 10:13 "Whoever will call upon the name of the Lord will be saved"Eric; I have the ECCI E-2000 Wheel unit and the E-1000 Pedels. If the
serial number of your pedal unit is 106333 or LOWER, then you need to
get the AXIS REVERSAL KIT from Extreme. The reason for the
modification relates to the lack of driving hardware support offered
by some types of arcade driving sims. These driving sims may offer
only joystick support, which will cause the throttle and brake
functions to be reversed on CDS E1000/1050/1060 series pedal units
when the adapter cable is used. This conversation will only affect
those applications which accept only a single joystick or input. These
applications also require the use of either the ECCI WIN95/arcade
cable adapter or the Thrustmaster T1/T2 adapter block.
After making these mods to my ECCI unit everything works great
on ALL sims to date, N1, N2, ICR1, ICR2 & GPR2.. I am running N2 from
DOS and Win95 both with no problems. It might also help to delete your
controls.cfg file and calib.val and start over to fully recognize the
controls
properly. If you have any questions about the kit call ECCI at
612-824-6733, leave a message and your phone number and they will call
you back and send the kit. I hope this helps.
PS I LOVE MY ECCI UNITand reccommend it highly!!
